Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data SnapSaveTube (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website https://savetubly.com and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

  • Video links you submit — processed in real time to fetch download options. We do not build profiles of your activity.
  • Anonymous technical logs — timestamp, truncated/hashed IP, requested video ID and quality, used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention and aggregated statistics.
  • Contact messages — name, email and message content when you write to us, used only to respond.
  • Cookies — a language preference cookie and a session cookie for the admin area. If you enable ads, third-party vendors (e.g. Google AdSense) may set their own cookies — see section 4.

2. How we use data

To operate the service, prevent abuse (rate limits), fix bugs, respond to messages, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal data and we do not require accounts.

3. Data retention

Technical logs are aggregated or deleted after a short period (typically ≤ 90 days). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

4. Third parties & advertising

Video metadata is fetched from public YouTube endpoints and third-party extraction APIs. Direct download streams come from video hosting servers, not from us. If advertising is enabled, Google and partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits — you can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (EU/GDPR, California/CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us at wafilahlou60@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
